A brake pad is made of backing plate and friction materials. The backing plate is even more important than friction materials. The Brake Pad backing plate must resist rust and maintain thehesive bond between the friction material and plate over its entire life.

We have cast iron back plates, full mesh welding back plates, NRS back plates, mainly for commercial vehicles, also we could offer back plates for passenger vehicles, racing cars and refitted cars.

We use high level Q235, Q355 and QSTE420 steel materials. The flatness of Brake Pad Shims backing plate is very important. WJ backing plate not only possesses good flatness, but also good shearing strength and hardness.

Our backing plate is detected 100% before shipment to make sure each backing plate will meet the dimension and quality requirements from our customers.
